Rihanna A Bad Role Model?
Rihanna has admitted to Oprah Winfrey last night that she misses her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, despite the fact that he was charged with assaulting her three years ago. The singer told the talk show hostess that says Brown ‘made a mistake’ and ‘needed help’ adding that she misses him. She said she “felt protective” of Brown following the 2009 beating that occurred after the Grammy Award ceremony. “I lost my best friend. Like, everything I knew switched – switched overnight,’ she tearfully said of the ‘embarrassing’ incident. Who’s gonna help him? Nobody’s gonna say he needs help. Everybody’s gonna say he’s a monster without looking at the source. I was more concerned about him.’ Her admissions have angered charities however as they feel it sends the wrong message to battered women. ”Rihanna’s case demonstrates the emotional complexities felt by women locked in abusive relationships,” Vivienne Hayes, chief executive of the Women’s Resource Centre. “Whatever the nature of the argument, [Brown] chose to beat her up. And we need to stop society allowing us to normalise such behaviour.”
Despite her confessions Rihanna does seem to have learnt from her past relationships saying she now knows what she is looking for in a man. “If I had it my way I want a man that loves me, cherishes me, values me, but they have to know my value in order to value me,” she said. “‘They have to know my worth and they can only know my worth if I know my worth. Ashton and Mila’s Romance Hots Up
They’ve know each other for 15 years so when Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis were seen out and about after his split from Demi, their excuse that they were just old friend was an easy one to believe. However it seems that there really is more to their relationship. The couple was seen openly kissing and cuddling as Mila joined Ashton at the wrap party for his new film Jobs.
Mila recently said, in an interview with Elle Magazine: “I am totally single… Listen, we hang out. We’ve known each other for 15 years. We have mutual friends. We’re comfortable with one another. That’s it! There’s no crazy love story, nothing more.”
She continued by saying she has problems finding a man to date: “Is a guy going to come up to me and ask if he can take me out on a date?” Well it seems that it is no longer a problem judging by the couple’s public display of affection!  Read more...  Katy Perry Opens Up About Her Divorce
Katy Perry has finally opened up about her split from hubby Russell Brand. In her documentary Part Of Me, the singer has revealed that her touring schedule took a huge toll on her relationship with comic Russell.
“I thought to myself, ‘When I find that person that’s going to be my life partner, I won’t ever have to choose [between the partner and my career] … they won’t be threatened or have weird motives,” Katy says. “Then I started to realize, that’s not true. That fairytale I had is not true for me right now.”
But while she gave an insight into what went wrong she held back from revealing all the reasons that the pair’s marriage ended in divorce.
“I didn’t get too detailed about the specifics because I believe that that’s only supposed to be between the two people that are in it,” Katy told Access Hollywood. “I just wanted to encourage people to let them know that it’s ok if they have problems. It’s ok if they’re going through a situation, they don’t have to lay down and die.”
Katy does say in the documentary that she did everything she could to save her marriage. “I have that same belief system with everything, from career to my life to my personal life, everything. And I will do everything it takes to not fail. And I did everything it took but it still failed.” Russell filed for divorce from Katy after 14 months of marriage.  Read more... Paris Reveals What Growing Up With Michael Jackson Was Like
Paris Jackson has revealed to Oprah that she found it very confusing as a child when her late father Michael Jackson would make her and her brothers wear masks in public. Michael would get Paris and her brothers  Prince Michael and Prince Michael II, also known as Blanket, to wear the mask in a bid to protect their privacy. ‘I was really confused,’ the teen said when she opened up to Oprah. ‘I didn’t get why I was wearing a mask. But I understand it now – why my dad would want our faces to be covered. When we went out without him we wouldn’t be recognized.’ She says that wearing the masks have helped her and her brothers live a childhood, which she describes as ‘normal’. ‘We had a normal childhood – including trips to the children’s arcade and restaurant Chuck E. Cheese’s,’ she recalls. Explaining that her father wanted a different childhood than he had experienced she said: ‘He told us that when he was younger he didn’t really have a childhood. He would always be stuck in the studio singing while the kids were out playing. Are Demi and Ashton Getting Back Together?
She finally changed her twitter handle to @JustDemi but Demi Moore still seems to be holding off on actually filing for divorce from Ashton Kutcher and there may be a good reason why. It seems friends of the couple think that we may yet see a reconciliation.  The pair met up recently at a Kabbalah dinner to celebrate the birthday of Rabbi Yehuda Berg, who officiated at their wedding, and when they spotted each other they embraced tenderly. ‘Demi went over to wish Yehuda a happy birthday and Ashton was right by him. Yehuda left them to talk. They started to chat and were extremely affectionate. She was staring at him like a lovesick puppy,’ the source told the Sunday Mirror. Ashton, who was giving a speech at the dinner, recounted what a difficult year it had been for him saying: ‘I’ve made all these horrendous mistakes in the last year.’ Sources at the event told the publication that Ashton broke down. ‘Ashton’s voice started to break as he spoke. He just fell into tears. He sat down to a round of applause while Demi just looked frozen.’ The couple, who announced in November last year they were to divorce have yet to start the proceedings. ’They are still desperately in love and could be on for a reconciliation,’ a source said. ‘The divorce isn’t being processed right now.’ And it seems that Demi may be thinking about second chances too as she has posted some cryptic remarks on twitter including ‘This seems a fitting thought: When your mind says give up, hope whispers one more try’ and retweeting rapper Wiz Khalifa which read: ‘We all make mistakes. More Male Masseurs Coming Forward To Accuse John Travolta Of Sexual Advances
It seems that more and more men are speaking of actor John Travolta alleged inappropriate sexual advances. So far two unknown men have come forward with the claims seeking $2 million compensation. A third man, cruise ship worker Fabian Zanzi, has said that Travolta offered him money for sex while on a cruise in the Caribbean. A source also told The New York Daily News that there was another incident with Travolta and a masseur five years ago at an Arizona resort that was smoothed over by the star’s publicist. The allegations against Travolta by the first man have been questioned however after it was proven that Travolta in New York at the time that the mystery man claimed that the incident happened in LA. The man is now saying he got the dates wrong but also released a strange statement saying: ‘Even though Mr Travolta and his counsel are on opposing sides in this matter, I do wish them good health, happiness, and want them to be judged with absolute fairness as our great nation affords all citizens regardless of their wealth or station.’
A book released in 2010 also accused Travolta of being a spa sex pest. You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again dishes the dirt on the secret world of celebrity ‘gay spa sex.’ Author Robert Randolph says that John ‘makes Tiger Woods look like a boy scout.’
‘I met John in 1998, after he’d married Kelly,’ Robert told the Enquirer. ‘I believe the marriage is a total fraud because John is into guys and has been having sex with them behind Kelly’s back for years,’ he said. ‘He came on to me a number of times. I always turned him down. But there was always some guy who was willing to have sex with him. And John didn’t stop cheating on Kelly after either of their children was born.’
Now a former staff member at the five-star Peninsula Hotel on Fifth Avenue has said that the actor was banned for about three years for ‘inappropriate behaviour.’ It was claimed that  male staffers complained about Travolta removing his towel, grinding against the massage table and lifting his butt in the air. ’Travolta would always request a man for his massage, but after a while no one would take him because of his inappropriate behavior,’ Michael Caputo, a former masseuse at the hotel said. ‘It got to the point where they couldn’t find any men to take him, and they had to ban him,’ recalled the masseur who said he worked at the Peninsula from 1992-2008.
Meanwhile John’s wife Kelly Preston has given an interview saying she used to smoke, drink and do drugs but she opted to change her ways for the sake of the couple’s family. ‘I’m so different, now I don’t drink anymore. I don’t smoke anymore. I don’t do drugs anymore. All of those come with an “anymore.” I used to do everything and a lot of everything. With drinking, I just decided that I wasn’t always at my best. There were times where I drank too much, for sure,’ she said. While the interview with Amanda de Cadenet was filmed a couple of months ago, the release of it is interesting timing. Beyonce Hits Back At ‘Crazy’ Rumours
New mum Beyonce Knowles has finally spoken out about the rumours that she was not really pregnant with daughter Blue Ivy but that she was instead carried by a surrogate. ‘That was crazy. It wasn’t hurtful, it was just crazy,’ she said to People Magazine. ‘[I thought] “Where did they come up with this?” I thought it was very unfair and very cruel that someone would think that someone would be that diabolical to keep up a charade like that for nine months,’ she says. ‘As a mother it was painful for me to hear the crazy rumors. And I even had people ask me, which was so ridiculous.’
The rumour regarding Beyonce’s pregnancy started after she gave an interview on Australian TV and as she sat down, the fabric of her dress billowed and her baby bump appeared to crumble. ‘It was a fabric that folded — does fabric not fold? Oh my gosh, so stupid,’ she said. ‘There was so much love and well wishes from all over the world — it made it easier to deal with the stupid rumors.’ Now that she has shot down the rumours, perhaps she can reveal her secret for getting back into shape so quickly!  Read more... Brad and Angelina To Make It Official!
After years of speculation Brad and Angelina have finally made it official and revealed that they are engaged. After jeweller Robert Procop let slip that he had helped Brad design an engagement ring for his girlfriend of seven years, Brad’s manager  Cynthia Pett-Dante substantiated the good news saying: ’Yes, it’s confirmed. It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There’s no date set at this time.’ And the ring is no ordinary sparkler. The emerald cut diamond with tapered baguette stones on the band was codesigned by Brad himself who had been working on the design for a whole year! Procop’s team said in a statement ‘Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realized over a yearlong collaboration with Robert. He wanted every aspect of it to be perfect.’ And far from still being the victim, Brad’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston was said to be thrilled by the news. A friend of Jen’s has told the HollywoodLife.com: ‘Jennifer is happy for Brad and Angelina. She is so in love with Justin, that she is really grateful how things turned out. In a strange way if it weren’t for Angelina, Jennifer would not have connected with Justin in a romantic way. Staying Civil For The Kids
Another showbiz marriage bites the dust! Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli marriage  was long by Hollywood standards but then rumours started to fly that the Twilight hunk was stepping out on his Beverley Hills 90210 wife and last week Peter, 38, filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences”. The couple, who have three daughters together, Luca, 14, Lola, nine and Fiona, five, started dating in 1996 and had been married 11 years. ‘They’ve been working on the marriage for awhile,’ a friend of the couple told US Weekly. ‘It was not something they took lightly. It’s been over for months, maybe even a year. They kept up some sort of charade for their kids.’
And while it must be difficult, Jennie admits: ‘We are great parents together so when it’s about the kids, it’s wonderful. We make it very clear to them they don’t have to choose sides,’ she adds. ‘They can go wherever they want and be with whom they want.’
Jennie is even considering moving back to Los Angeles, so she and the girls live closer to where Peter is. ‘I want the girls to have more access to their dad,’ she says. ‘I like him to be able to pick them up from school.
