If we add up what we spend on looking good, we know that we spend big but if it keeps us looking young, pert and feeling good it is a price we’re prepared to pay. With Nanoblur the latest in a long line of ‘miracle’ creams hitting the shops, we are ready to open our wallets and give this newcomer the benefit of the doubt to see if it is the one product that we must have in our arsenal. At £19.99, it isn’t too much to spare if it turns out to be just a lovely moisturiser but if you are forking out a little more, you want to make sure that it has luxurious ingredients that really make a difference in the long run.

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK with someone being diagnosed every 10 minutes. So it’s time to refresh, repair and get ready to see in autumn rejuvenated and looking gorgeous. The Art Of Nails

Some people only feel properly groomed if they have mascara on, others with a lick of lip gloss, I however don’t feel fully made up unless my nails are manicured and painted in a shiny hue. To this end I have tried many types of semi-permanent nail polishes eventually settling into a long-term relationship with powder gel to ensure the colour I love stays on for a good three weeks. When applied well it was long lasting, didn’t chip or crack and looked good until it was time to refill or remove.

The Perfect Smile

Posted by Editor On May - 16 - 2011 ADD COMMENTS

A smile lights up a room, it makes us believe the person is friendly, kind and confident. Compare Kate Middleton’s broad open smile with Victoria Beckham’s posh pout – which would you rather have? While Victoria has admitted that she used to hate her teeth, having them fixed doesn’t seem to have changed her habit of avoiding smiling. So if you have the same phobia thinking your crooked yellow fangs are more of an eyesore than a friendly gesture, don’t despair as there is a lot you can do to improve and ensure the health of  your smile.

Superhero Tans

Cringing at the thought of flashing some flesh in the sunshine this weekend? Luckily fake tan has come a long way since the days of the tango orange bodies of the 80s – not that you’d know it with some celebrities!

Luckily Belle is here to help you pick the best new bronzers with benefits out there.

Healthy, glowing skin radiates beauty and helps women to look younger. While foundation can cover imperfections and wrinkles it is no substitute for natural skin that shines. Here is Belle’s guide to getting your face gleaming without weighing it down in heavy foundation.

Blown Away By A Professional Blow Dry

Posted by Editor On March - 15 - 2011 ADD COMMENTS

Londoners are up there with women from other big cities such as New York, Paris, Rome in being fashionable, funky and self possessed but there is one area we fall behind, particularly from our American counterparts across the pond – grooming. New Yorkers are immaculately groomed and polished from their manicured toes and fingers to their glossy blowouts (as they call a blow dry).
