Wabi London, the brand new Holborn-based Japanese restaurant fronted by former Nobu head chef Scott Hallsworth, has announced details of a very special New Year’s Eve gastronomic extravaganza.
This nine course contemporary Kaiseki Tasting Menu features a stunning selection of meticulously crafted fare specially created for the occasion by culinary trailblazer Scott.Highlights include delights such as warm tea smoked duck tataki with burnt ginger amazu; wood fired Chilean seabass with spicy shiso ponzu and bbq pork belly buns with spicy peanut soy. Destined to be a truly memorable way in which to see in 2013, the evening begins at 7pm. The cost is £90 per person, which includes a welcome drink and Otsumami snacks.
