If you haven’t discovered the newest TK Maxx in SW London then I suggest you make a beeline for Putney quick smart. It is a women’s only store and is stocked up on the premium labels meaning that if your anything like me, your credit card will get a bit of bashing.
It started with swirling patterns by Pucci and gorgeous frilled Valentino shirts but what really caught my eye were knee high patent leather Miu Miu boots. At just £49.95, down from £385, they were an absolute bargain, who cares that you need a handmaiden to help you get them off each evening.
But we have to suffer for fashion, especially a fashion bargain – don’t we?
