Whether you’re hosting pre-drinks, a girls’ night in, a football screening party or a sizzling summer BBQ in your garden, feel the Latino heat and passion pumping through your veins in your own back yard.

Follow these simple recipes and you can make bar quality cocktails at home in less than a minute. Perfect for the style rich/time poor Belle About Town!

Caipirinha – Brazil’s national cocktail
50ml Cachaça
Half a lime cut into four wedges
Two teaspoons of brown sugar

Method: Place lime and sugar into a glass and mash together using a wooden spoon. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Cachaça.

Passion Fruit Caipirinha
100ml Cachaca
300ml funkin Brazilian® cocktail mixer
Dash of soda

Method: In a cocktail punch bowl mix Cachaca with funkin Brazilian® cocktail mixer, top with soda and decorate with an assortment of fruit (we recommend a few slices of cucumber too). Enjoy with friends!

Pina Colada
50ml Malibu
100ml Pineapple juice
Pinapple fruit and leaf garnish

Method: To celebrate Pina Colada day on July 10th this year just pout the Malibu and juice into a hurricane glass, stir and top with pineapple chunks and a leaf garnish.

Brazilian Passion
50ml Gin
50ml Pink grapefruit juice
50ml funkin Brazilian® cocktail mixer
Orange and lime wedge garnish

Method: Fill a glass with ice and add the gin, pink grapefruit juice and funkin Brazilian®cocktail mixer. Stir and garnish with wedges of orange and lime.

Strawberry Daquiri
50ml light rum
50ml strawberry liqueur
50ml strawberry juice

Method: Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake for your life, then pour into a glass and top with fresh strawberries and mint.

Funkin Garden Mojito
50ml gin
100ml funkin Mojito cocktail mixer
Mint and cucumber garnish

Method: Fill a jam jar with ice. Add cucumber, gin and mohito mix and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint and cucumber, serve in the sunshine!

Ginger Peach Punch
100ml Bacardi
Four pouches funkin White Peach Bellini mixer
Ginger beer
Peach Garnish

Method: Fill a pitcher with ice and peach slices. Add the rum and cocktail mixer, and stir.
