V: An alien invasion

If you are not old enough to remember this the first time around let Belle fill you in on Syfy’s latest show V, a remake of the 1983 hit series.

When 29 spaceships arrive over the major cities across the world, people understandably panic. However the aliens, through their leader Anna, quickly explain that they come as friends with a message of hope and peace.

The Visitors (aka the V’s) explain that they need water and minerals from Earth and in return will trade technology and medical cures.

But some people are sceptical about their claims and as it turns out, with reason.

We don’t want to give too much away but if you like Sci-fi this is slick, intelligent show that will have you Sky+ing it so that you don’t miss out.

Starts April 13^th on Syfy at 10pm
