Whitney HoustonWhitney’s Final Farewell Filled With Drama
It should come as no surprise that after a drama filled life and a sudden death, that Whitney Houston’s funeral wouldn’t be a straight forward affair. From the guestlist (who would show and who wouldn’t) to where she would be buried, it has all been a bit of a circus. Firstly ex-hubby Bobby Brown stormed out just moments before the service was about to start but soon returned explaining later that he felt that he had been messed around with the seating at the service. ‘My children and I were invited to the funeral of my ex-wife Whitney Houston,’ Brown, 43, said. ‘We were seated by security and then subsequently asked to move on three separate occasions. I fail to understand why security treated my family this way and continue to ask us to move.’ Then Whitney’s godmother Aretha Franklin, who was expeccted to perform at the funeral, withdrew saying she was too ill to attend, yet performed hours later at Radio City Music Hall, New York, in one of the fastest recovery we’ve seen to date. She did pay tribute to Whitney during the performance by belting out I Will Always Love You and while she offered no explanation for her absence at the funeral, she did say: ‘She was a very fine young lady, one of the best, greatest singer. She was giving, gave so much of herself. God bless you, Nippy,’ she concluded. ‘We’ll always remember.’

George Clooney George Clooney Gives Up The Booze… And Brad!
Hollywood is one big party but at the ripe old age of 50, George Clooney has realised that if is going to continue to enjoy the good life, he may have to cut down on one or two of his excesses. ‘I drink at times too much,’ he told The Hollywood Reporter. ‘I do enjoy drinking, and there have been times in my life when it’s crossed the line from being fun to having to drink late at night for absolutely no reason. So what I do is, I stop. I haven’t had a drink since New Year’s Eve,’ he confessed. He also opened up about his bromance with Brad Pitt saying it is not the close relationship everyone assumes. ‘Brad is one of the great guys,’ he said. ‘We’re good friends, but it’s different from what people think, meaning we don’t spend a lot of time together. He has been to my home in Como; we motorcycle together. But until recently, I hadn’t seen Brad in a year.’ But the pair used to be closer so just what has caused the distance in the relationship between these two bff’s? Well rumour has it that Angelina is non to fond of George’s latest galpal Stacy Keibler. And to add salt to the wound, she was furious when Stacy took to twitter saying: ‘Brad Pitt wouldn’t be bad to look at every day.’ Now the two former pals are standing by their women and neither looks like they’re willing to make the first move to reconcile. Over to you then Brad…

Victoria BeckhamVictoria Knows How Tough It Is To Be A Working Mum
After receiving rave reviews for her latest fashion collection at New York Fashion Week last week, Victoria Beckham then had to face criticism over her appearance as some commentators said she looked gaunt and miserable. The mum of four was quick to set things straight however telling the Sunday Mirror: ‘Look, if people want to say I’m miserable then so be it. I’m really not. I have a lot on my plate,’ she said. ‘I’m not going to lie about it, I’m tired. I’m really tired but I’m also very happy with my life. I’m basically just like any woman who’s working and has lots of children – it’s tough.’ The 37 year old singer turned fashion designer is known for her hands on approach to raising her kids and having a young baby while trying to work full time has taken it’s toll. ‘I’m not getting much sleep at all,’ she says. ‘Harper’s not sleeping that great, and I’ve been taking Skype business calls throughout the night too because of the collections. I’m up with the baby as all mums are and I wouldn’t have it any other way. There’s not a team of people doing it for me.
‘I’m spending ludicrous amounts of time in my dressing gown on Skype talking to my team about the clothes,’ she adds.

Sarah Michelle Gellar RingerOut Of The Mouths Of Babes
It seems that Ringer star Sarah Michelle Gellar’s two year old daughter Charlotte has worked out just what is that her mum does for a job. The tiny tot, who accompanies her mother to her TV job is very observant and has seen just what it is her mum does. ‘She totally knows what my job is. [She thinks my job is] to go in the hair and makeup trailer. That my job is to get my hair and makeup done,’ Sarah Michelle says.
Due to the adult nature of the programme, Sarah Michelle leaves Charlotte behind when she goes onto set but she is not left on her own, she has a pal in the form of co-star Ioan Gruffudd’s daughter Ella, also two. ‘Pottery Barn actually came to our set and did a playroom for all of the kids,’ says Gellar, 34. ‘We have a place where they can come and be a part of it, so [the parents are] not missing out.’ Too cute!

Guess Who – Secret Gossip
[EOnline] Just in case you were wondering if Sock-It-To-You Sleazewad likes to get his fists up for somebody other than his partner, we have the first-hand answer for you: Yes. That sure is a shocker! What really is a surprise is the public venue Sock-It chose for his latest display of cave-man-like taunting.
The dumbo good-looking dude actually chose the set of his latest picture, The Brooklyn Effect, to let people know just how much he loves talking with his fists, not just his mouth. Sleazewad’s handsome—and younger and fitter—Brooklyn costar is probably considered more of a method actor than is Sock-It, who is more out-there with his emotion. Mr. Costar is a bit more cerebral, keeps to himself, has been Oscar-nominated for his coolness, both personally and professionally. Which apparently drives Sock-It absolutely cuckoo.
“You think you’re better than me?,” Sock-It shouted to his fellow actor on set recently. “You have a problem with me?”And while Sock-It was blasting the poor dude with questions (not giving him a chance to answer), Sleazewad kept slamming his fist into the palm of his hand, over and over, and then he kept striking the air wildly, as if a human target was going to be next in a matter of seconds. But, even though Sock-It kept escalating his voice, and pounding his fists even harder, Mr Costar held steady, never quavered or said a word. Damn, that boy’s got not just abs of steel, but, nerves, too!
Meanwhile, film’s producers were terrified and ran to the hair and makeup trailers for cover. All we have to say is that Sock-It’s poor woman at home must have ear plugs permanently imbedded in her ears. Now, if only she’d dump this jerk!
