Trends From Paris Fashion Week SS15

Paris Fashion Week Trends SS15 MainParis, the most glamorous city in the world, always puts on quite a show to round off fashion month. This year has been no exception, with a star studded front row and an array of gorgeous clothing from fashion giants such as Alexander McQueen, Valentino, Chanel, Christian Dior, Ellie Saab, Givenchy and Hermes.

This season the front row featured the likes of Alexa Chung, Poppy Delevingne, Jennifer Connelly, Michelle Williams and of course Kimye. Some of the weeks highlights included Cara Delevingne and Gisele Bunchen storming the runway with big banners declaring women’s rights. The trends came thick and fast, we saw gorgeous laser cut detailing at Valentino, flowing gowns and plenty of summer brights. Below is a round up of some of favourite fashion highlights from the week.

Modern Sports Luxe

Paris Fashion Week Trends SS15 sportA few years ago when a few models stepped onto the runway wearing tracksuit bottoms with heels, many people said the sportswear trend was going to be short lived, however the trend has made yet another comeback this season, with many of Paris’s looks displaying a sporty edge. SS15 will feature golf caps, sporty crop tops with tennis style skirts, alongside bold brights and laser cut sports jackets. Our favourite looks came from Akris, Chanel, Isabel Marant, Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Dior, Maxine Simoens and Valentin Yudashkin.
