Whether you are veteran meditator, a seasonal dabbler in said subject, a complete novice looking to make improvements to your lifestyle, or a non-believer avoiding the subject of meditation all together because you’re not the “hippy type”, there is a perfect evening of new ideas, knowledge-sharing and fun coming your way! Whichever category you might fit in, you will want to be at ‘The Gathering”.

Will Williams, the founder of Will Williams Meditation, is hosting London’s first, and one of many more to come, evening of group meditation, inspiring talks, captivating short films, live performances, as well as and delicious food and bottomless Pukka teas.

“The Gathering”, an evening promising to satisfy those seeking “high energy, culturally inspirational and enjoyable experience minus the hangover”, will take place on Thursday 8th September in London.

Will Williams started his own journey about 8 years ago, after he suffered insomnia related to stress. It is then when he was first introduced to Vedic meditation through a friend, and hence sceptical at first, he decided to learn more. During his quest, he trekked barefoot in India, attended Shamanic ceremonies in the Amazon, was invited on an expedition with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, learned Sanskrit in Sri Lanka and the ancient teachings of Ayurveda in India, as well as mastering Vedic meditation under the guidance of the celebrated teacher Maharishi Vyasananda.

It was in 2011 when Will decided to share his knowledge and experience of Vedic mediation through teaching and helping people through empowerment.

On the night, Will Williams will be joined by sisters Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley, who founded Hemsley + Hemsley 6 years ago as home cooks. As well as bestselling authors, they are the stars of ‘Eating Well with Hemsley + Hemsley’ on Channel 4, and have opened their first café in London’s Selfridges earlier this year. They will be sharing their knowledge and passion of “good food, good mood, good digestion and good health”.

Lucy Rose, a UK singer – songwriter, whose recent album ‘Work It Out’ climbed to the UK’s top 10 album charts last year, will be performing an exclusive acoustic set.

A fun and informative night packed with good food, good drink and good company, there will be something to nibble on for everyone. No meditation experience needed.
