Cheat your way to a home cooked meal

We all know the pressure of being the perfect domestic goddess. After a hard day at work we are expected to come home and make a healthy, tasty and fresh meal. And most of that time that is just the pressure we put on ourselves! But it is time to give yourself a break. Whether it is a case of can’t cook or too exhausted to shop, prepare and then cook there is now an easy answer.

Morrisons has developed a range of pre-prepared meals so that all you have to do is throw the ingredients into a frying pan and less than 20 minutes later, a delicious and nutritious meal that was cooked by your own fair hand from freshly prepared ingredients.

You can choose a meal for two from a selection of cuisines including Italian, Spanish, Thai, Indian, Chinese and of course British. My favourites so far are the penne, meatballs and mozzarella and the red Thai curry.

That means you can have dinner and leftovers for tomorrow, dinner for you and your beau or if you buy more than one – the perfect answer to an easy dinner party (just remember to hide the containers!) Each meal also has it’s own wine recommendation from Morrison’s Master of Wine Arabella Woodrow.

The Dinner Made Easy range is launching at Morrisons for the introductory price of £5 (normally £6) and means time poor Belle’s have the time for more important things like buying those great new shoes online!
